Welcome to Sapporo and IVC-22, the 22nd international vacuum congress.
IVC-22 is planned to be held as an on-site meeting so that attendees can communicate with each other face to face.
IVC-22 will be co-organized by JVSS and SCJ under the commission of The International Union for Vacuum Science, Technique and Applications (IUVSTA) with support of Japan Vacuum Industry Association (JVIA).
